Self-introduction

Hi! My name is Hiyori Komatsu. I am in the faculty of international studies and regional development. I‘m from Fukushima prefecture. I love my hometown because Fukushima is a comfortable place to live. I learned calligraphy from when I was in elementary school until I graduated from high school. Calligraphy is fun because I can concentrate.

 

On my day off, I often watch Korean dramas. When I have a lot of time, I sometimes watch dramas all day long. Also, I like to call my family and friends. I love talking to someone. However, I recently started working part-time. So, I work hard at my part-time job on weekend. I’ve never had a part-time job before, so it’s tough, but it’s fun to learn so many things.

 

Next, I will introduce my favorite things. First, I like eating delicious food. I especially like finding nice restaurants or cafes and going out to eat with my friends. Second, I like looking at beautiful scenery, especially the night sky. The stars shining in the night sky excite me. Also, I feel better when I see a rainbow. The natural scenery is mysterious and interesting.

 

This university has at least four English classes a week. Compared to when I was in high school, I had more opportunities to learn English. So, after I entered university, I came to like English more. In addition, there are many things that are new to me in my university life, for example, living alone, working part-time. I want to learn a lot through my university life and improve my skills. I want to enjoy doing a lot of things that I can only do now.
